With 20+ years experience in atheltic training and fitness working with different demographics or people from youth, athletes, to retired, I have a wealth of knowledge I can share to get you to your goals.
There are 2 critical components to getting to your goal and ultimately maintaining your success.Education and consistency. Through education, we'll work together so you are knowledgeable on the techniques and functions of exercises we perform to ensure your success in the studio as well as when you are training on your own. Consistence is the difficulty we all face because “life happens” we will build a track record to for better habits that will include fitness activities with the target being adding fitness to your life style not a chore to complete.
